About CNY Sealing

We have been maintaining residential and commercial property by protecting asphalt with top grade sealer since 1998. We use commercial grade sealer with both top tuff and sand added that is constantly churned on site. The sand and top turf are what most sealing companies do not use. This prevents the surface from being slick in the case of oil or any other substance that might leak on to the surface. We also apply the entire job by hand (spraying is available, if requested.) Applying the job by hand will provide a thick coat on the surface with a much smoother and more appealing look. This will also provide a longer life before another application is necessary.
